83 year old patient presented with invasive squamous cell carcinoma on the lower lip. Reconstructive appointment was coordinated to align the same day as the patient’s surgery. Pictures featured are after the procedure and 1 month after. The patient will continue seeing improvement and the result will continue to soften.
