DESERT BLOOM PLASTIC SURGERY

Meet Cianne
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As our Director of Operations, Cianne not only keeps our office running smoothly but is also involved with all of our surgical patients, from the initial consultation through recovery. Cianne is originally from Park City, Utah but if you ask her, she is from North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in Political Science. Cianne comes to us with a background in political campaign management, volunteer work, and, most recently, as a coach in a youth running program. Cianne is passionate about her 5 children, running marathons, and cooking. She loves meeting new patients and helping them bloom through their surgical process
Meet Olya
OFFICE MANAGER
Being an office manager is like being a superman, well superwoman in this case, and you know not all superheroes wear capes She loves working under pressure and loves getting to know her coworkers and meeting new patients. She also loves learning new things and skills on a daily basis (what she would say is the best part of her job). Each new day is never the same as yesterday.
She was born and raised in Mother Russia and moved to the USA when she was 18 years old. She received a full ride tennis scholarship to play tennis for Southern Utah University, where she also got her accounting degree. She set an all-time school record, going 18-1 in a season (18 wins 1 loss).
Before working at Desert Bloom, she was working in California where she helped to run 3 large businesses under sole ownership. She worked at Summit Athletic Club for the last 4 years until she found her new family here at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics. Her favorite food is (hmmm) Russian food, steak, Mexican and, of course, cheesecake.
Her top 3 favorite books: Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy and Chasing Excellence by Ben Bergeron. Fitness is definitely her passion and you can find her (during her free time) doing crossfit bodybuilding competitions, hiking , playing at a lake , and watching Packers football (go Pack go – cheesehead for life). She loves traveling but wants us to remember the fact that she is probably the biggest nerd you will ever meet. She loves all things Disney, Star Wars, board games, video games and don’t forget about DnD.
Fun fact: she went to music school and played piano.

Meet Hailey
Nurse Injector
Hailey is our Registered Nurse Injector here on staff. She moved to St. George from Carlsbad, CA in 2017 to attend college at Dixie State University. She was accepted into their Nursing program straight out of undergrad, and a semester ahead of schedule. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, in spring of 2020. To do her part during the pandemic, she went to work as a Registered Nurse at St. George Regional Hospital as a float pool RN, where she then specialized onto the Cardiovascular Unit with Intensive Care Unit float and ACLS qualifications.
She decided in early 2022 to come to Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery to pursue her career in cosmetic injectables and assist with cosmetic surgeries. Dr. Wallin took the time to personally train her in the arts and science behind Botox and hyaluronic acid based fillers. She loves what she does here. In March of 2023 Hailey is getting married to her highschool sweetheart of 7 years! She enjoys movie theater outings, playing court and sand volleyball, and anything sweet.
Meet Colton
Lead Medical Assistant
Colton is the Lead Medical Assistant here at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery. He enjoys working with both pre and post op patients as they go through their surgical journeys and also plays a role in assisting with the surgeries.
Colton is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended both Yakima Valley College and Dixie State University where he played 4 years of collegiate baseball. Colton graduated from Dixie State in the spring of 2021 with his Bachelor of Science and Emphasis in Biomedical Sciences. He is in the process of continuing his education in the medical field as he has applied to Physician Assistant (PA) school and is waiting to hear back.
When he isn’t at work Colton enjoys being active by working out, hiking, and golfing.

Meet Cheyenne
Lead Master Aesthetician
Cheyenne is the Master Aesthetician at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery. She graduated from Aveda Institute in Provo, Utah in 2016 where she found her passion for skincare. Over the last 6 years, she has acquired advanced knowledge in her field. Cheyenne’s expertise allows her to provide our patients with detailed treatment plans, and home care regimens, for all skin types and concerns. Our medical spa, Oasis Aesthetics, offers an array of services to restore the youthful complexion of our patients by correcting and preventing signs of aging.
When Cheyenne is not in the treatment room, you can find her at her family’s vineyard where she helps harvest and produce wine with her parents and siblings. She enjoys doing yoga and is a Certified Yoga Instructor. Cheyenne also loves taking her fluffy white pup, Iggy, on hikes in the beautiful Southern Utah area – with sunscreen on of course! If she isn’t on an adventure, you can find her curled up with a good book or watching Netflix documentaries.
Meet Stacey
Patient Care Coordinator
Stacey is our Patient Care Coordinator at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics. She enjoys greeting our patients and getting to chat with them as they wait to meet with Dr. Wallin and the rest of the awesome staff here. She loves coming to work because it feels like a second family!
Stacey is from northern Utah and has lived in St. George and Omaha. She taught preschool for 7 years and has her cosmetology license and has done hair and makeup for over 12 years. She has been a receptionist in the healthcare field now for 5 years.
She loves spending time with her 3 teenage daughters and husband. She is an animal lover and would like to have some land for an animal rescue someday.
She was an art major at Dixie State University and loves creating art (especially sculpting and painting) in her free time. She also loves playing board games with friends, traveling, going to the movies, and reading horror\thriller books.
