Meet Cianne

As our Director of Operations, Cianne not only keeps our office running smoothly but is also involved with all of our surgical patients, from the initial consultation through recovery. Cianne is originally from Park City, Utah but if you ask her, she is from North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in Political Science. Cianne comes to us with a background in political campaign management, volunteer work, and, most recently, as a coach in a youth running program. Cianne is passionate about her 5 children, running marathons, and cooking. She loves meeting new patients and helping them bloom through their surgical process

Meet Olya

Olya is our office manager at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics.

Being an office manager is like being a superman, well superwoman in this case, and you know not all superheroes wear capes 😉  She loves working under pressure and loves getting to know her coworkers and meeting new patients.  She also loves learning new things and skills on a daily basis (what she would say is the best part of her job).  Each new day is never the same as yesterday.

She was born and raised in Mother Russia and moved to the USA when she was 18 years old.  She received a full ride tennis scholarship to play tennis for Southern Utah University, where she also got her accounting degree.  She set an all-time school record, going 18-1 in a season
(18 wins 1 loss).

Before working at Desert Bloom, she was working in California where she helped to run 3 large businesses under sole ownership.  She worked at Summit Athletic Club for the last 4 years until she found her new family here at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics.  Her favorite food is (hmmm) Russian food, steak, Mexican and, of course, cheesecake.

Her top 3 favorite books: Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy and Chasing Excellence by Ben Bergeron.
Fitness is definitely her passion and you can find her (during her free time) doing crossfit bodybuilding competitions, hiking , playing at a lake , and watching Packers football (go Packers go – cheesehead for life).  She loves traveling but wants us to remember the fact that she is probably the biggest nerd you will ever meet.  She loves all things Disney, Star Wars, board games, video games and don’t forget about DnD.

Fun fact: she went to music school and played piano.

Meet Michelle

Michelle is the Director of Marketing at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics.  She loves working for such a talented surgeon and seeing peoples’ lives change through the procedures and treatments that we offer here.  She also loves meeting and interacting with our fabulous patients.  She wants to send a huge shout-out to all of the wonderful patients who let us share their pictures.

She was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and lived in Edmonton until she was 18.  After graduating from High School, she went to the University of Calgary, BYU-Idaho, Dixie State University, and JW School of Design.

She was trained as a concert pianist and has always had a passion for music.  This passion led her to pursue music in college and she obtained a degree in Music (Piano Pedagogy).  She taught piano lessons for years, and then went back to school to pursue her other passion, design.  She has worked as a marketing director for the past 7 years, and absolutely loves being a part of the Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics team!

She has lived in Calgary, Edmonton, Rexburg, Portland, Farmington, and now, St. George.  She loves the sunny days and hot weather that St. George offers.

She and her husband have 4 children.  Two boys and two girls, as well as a daughter-in-law, soon-to-be daughter-in-law, 2 grandkids and 1 doggo.

When not working, she loves spending time with her family at the lake, hiking, biking, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Fun facts:  She speaks French.  And loves shoes.

Meet Brianne

Brianne is one of our newest staff members at Desert Bloom Plastic Surgery and Oasis Aesthetics.  She loves meeting new people and getting to know our patients.  She has worked in the medical field since the age of 17.  Born and raised in Idaho Falls, she now lives here in St. George with her husband and dog.  She loves all things outdoors as well as going to the gym with her husband.

Meet Jaimie

Jaimie is our newest team member and she is the first person that you will see when you come through our doors!  She loves to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin, which includes learning about our patients and getting to the depths of what makes them who they are.  Before coming to our office, Jaimie spent 21 years as a Licensed Manicurist and really grew a connection and love for her clients.  She is from Southern California (where she has lived most of her life).  Jaimie is married to her best friend and confidant, Scott, and they are going on 27 years!  They have three amazing adult children whom she loves dearly and hopes that they are teaching and showing them the best of what life throws at us and to always walk hand-in-hand with our Heavenly Father!  Jaimie loves Italian food and her favorite things is spending time with her family and her two dogs (a Labradoodle and Goldendoodle).  Fun fact about Jaimie?  She has a twin sister, but they don’t look alike!

Meet Alexis

Alexis’ favorite part of her job is that she loves seeing people’s confidence change as their skin improves! Seeing her clients smile after their treatments and getting excited about skincare is the best feeling ever! She also loves talking to her clients about their life, worries, struggles, and triumphs. It’s rewarding being part of someone’s growth!

She grew up in Las Vegas, NV and moved to Cedar City, Utah after graduation. She attended Southern Utah University on a full-ride academic scholarship and was on the Dean’s list for the duration of her education. During college, she had extreme chronic acne. Up until then, she’d never heard of an esthetician or proper skincare. She then went to an esthetician in Cedar City, Utah and fell in love. Even though her acne was still there, the esthetician made her feel hopeful and beautiful. She figured if she could find something to do with her life that would make others feel the same way, she would have found her life’s mission. So, she decided to do just that. She attended The Skin Institute in St. George, Utah and has been practicing esthetics ever since.

She got married to her husband in October of 2020.   They met through a mutual love of Taco Bell and throwback songs.

When she’s not working, they like to watch movies together and try new foods!

A fun fact about Alexis is she’s a foodie. She’s always excited to talk about food and new restaurants in town. Currently, her favorite place to eat is Zao! She also love going to Orange Theory Fitness.  She and her husband gave up on their main hobby (eating out lol) to fund their fitness journey!

Her favorite books are any psychological thrillers, especially anything written by B.A. Paris. She’s currently working her way through all of her books!

She absolutely loves talking about skincare and the importance of wearing sunscreen! She is always willing to be your therapist and loves her clients like they’re her bestest friends!
